Flable AI is an autonomous marketing platform built for D2C brands - one that optimizes for POAS (Profit on Ad Spend) , not platform-reported ROAS. We help brands grow profitably , using AI that acts on real profit signals like CM2, RTO, and COD economics rather than vanity metrics.

The Role

You'll be one of the first power users of our own product- running campaigns with Flable AI, and helping D2C brands turn ad spend into actual profit.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and scale Flable's own marketing campaigns using the Flable AI platform.
- Own client accounts end-to-end and drive true profitability improvement — measured in real profit (POAS/CM2),



not surface-level ROAS.
- Translate campaign performance into clear, profit-focused outcomes for brands.

What We are Looking For
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience.
- Agency background preferred you know the discipline of managing multiple live accounts.
- Hands-on experience with D2C brands , especially apparel, skincare, and beauty .
- Comfort with profitability metrics and a genuine interest in optimizing for profit over spend.
- Bias toward action and eagerness to work alongside AI tooling.
