Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Surat.

The Performance

Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels such as search, social, and display to drive customer acquisition and sales. The role involves daily monitoring of campaign performance, adjusting bids and budgets, testing creative and targeting, and generating reports with clear insights and recommendations.

Marketer will collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align messaging, landing pages, and offers with campaign objectives.



The role also includes conducting competitive and market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications

- Strong performance marketing skills, including experience with paid search, paid social, and display advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and funnel analysis.
- Knowledge of basic digital marketing concepts such as audience segmentation, remarketing, and campaign attribution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly in written and verbal form.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment in Surat, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, D2C brands, or high-growth consumer businesses is an advantage.
