In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate continuous performance management and review cycles.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.
- Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and global labor laws.
- Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
- Act as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor for cross-functional initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
- Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential employee relations cases.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
- High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Deep knowledge of modern employment laws and HR best practices.
