We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Payroll & Administration Executive to manage payroll processing, statutory compliance, and day-to-day office administration for our staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process monthly salaries based on attendance, overtime, leave, and LOP.
- Prepare payroll sheets, payslips, salary statements, and MIS reports.
- Handle PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, and other applicable statutory compliance.
- Maintain employee records, joining documents, attendance, and exit formalities.
- Work on EPFO and ESIC portals for employee registration and monthly compliance.
- Maintain employee master data and coordinate with client HR teams.
- Manage office administration, documentation, courier, and other routine activities.




- Ensure accurate and timely salary processing.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of payroll processing and salary calculations.
- Practical knowledge of PF and ESI compliance.
- Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
