Payment Executive Finance & Accounts 24 Years – Faridabad

We are hiring a Payment Executive – Finance & Accounts – 2–4 Years. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Vendor Payments, Accounts Payable, Ledger Scrutiny, TDS & GST Compliance, Bank Reconciliation, NEFT/RTGS Payments, and Statutory Payments who can ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

Location – Faridabad, Haryana

Your Future Employer – It is a well-established company in the FMCG and personal care industry, specialising in hair care, skincare, herbal and organic beauty products. Its product portfolio includes hair colours, shampoos, hair oils, herbal powders, and skincare products. The company serves both domestic and international markets, with a focus on natural formulations and personal care solutions.

Responsibilities –

1. Review vendor ledgers, outstanding balances, advances, and debit notes before processing payments.
2. Verify TDS deductions, applicable sections, rates, thresholds, and PAN status to ensure accurate net payable amounts.
3. Process vendor payments for raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, services, repairs, and maintenance as per agreed credit terms.
4. Ensure timely payment of statutory dues, including PF, ESI, GST, TDS, and other government and utility payments.
5. Upload payment files through bank portals for NEFT/RTGS, including import payments, and coordinate with banks to resolve payment failures or discrepancies.
6. Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, HR, Admin, vendors, and internal teams to collect invoices, GRNs, approvals, and supporting documents.
7. Prepare post-dated cheques (PDCs), maintain payment registers,



and verify service payments against approved budgets.
8. Reconcile vendor accounts and bank entries to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate payment records.

Requirements –

1. B.Com/M.Com with 2–4 years of experience in vendor payments, Accounts Payable, and payment processing. CA Inter or MBA Finance is preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of vendor ledger scrutiny, outstanding balances, payment terms, and invoice verification.
3. Working knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other statutory payments and compliance requirements.
4. Hands-on experience with bank portals for NEFT/RTGS transactions; exposure to import payments will be an advantage.
5. Working knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1), Tally Prime, or other ERP systems.
6. Valuable command of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
7. Solid coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
8. Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
