Job Title: Pattern Making & Garment Construction Faculty

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pattern Making & Garment Construction Faculty member to train and mentor students in fashion design and apparel production. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical knowledge of pattern development, garment construction, and sewing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Teach pattern making techniques including drafting, draping, and grading

Instruct students in garment construction, sewing, and finishing methods

Develop lesson plans, assignments, and practical projects





Guide students in using tools, sewing machines, and industry software

Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback

Stay updated with current fashion trends and industry standards

Assist students with portfolio development and project work
