Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and patient-focused Patient Counsellor to join our clinic team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling patients about available treatments, explaining procedures, following up with leads, and helping patients choose suitable treatment options based on the doctor's recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in consultations.
- Explain available skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments to patients.
- Counsel patients on treatment plans, pricing, packages, and procedures recommended by the doctor.
- Follow up with current leads and existing patients to improve consultation bookings and conversions.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
- Maintain patient records, lead status, and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Address patient queries professionally and provide a positive patient experience.
- Achieve monthly consultation booking and conversion targets.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic protocols.

Requirements




- Graduate in any discipline; a background in healthcare, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in patient counseling, clinic sales, healthcare, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments is an advantage.
- Comfortable handling phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and patient follow-ups.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and a target-oriented approach.
