Job Title: Patient Coordinator (International Healthcare)

AM Health Hub is looking for a proactive and patient-focused Patient Coordinator to manage international patient enquiries and coordinate their treatment journey through our network of partner hospitals in India and other countries. The role involves handling patient leads, coordinating online medical consultations, following up with patients, and facilitating hospital referrals and treatment arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

- International Patient CoordinationHandle international patient leads assigned by the team through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand patient requirements and collect relevant medical reports and patient details.
- Coordinate online consultations between patients and the company's consulting doctors.
- Maintain regular communication with international patients and their families throughout the referral process.
- Patient Follow-Up and ConversionFollow up with assigned patient leads and understand their treatment requirements.
- Coordinate with the Online Consultation Doctor to facilitate consultations and address medical queries.Explain the patient referral process and assist patients in proceeding with suitable treatment options at partner hospitals.Maintain timely follow-ups to support lead conversion and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Hospital Coordination and Referrals
- Coordinate with partner hospitals in India and other countries to obtain treatment opinions, cost estimates, and appointment details.
- Facilitate the sharing of medical reports with partner hospitals,



subject to patient consent.
- Coordinate hospital appointments, treatment arrangements, and related communication.
- Follow up with hospital teams and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of patient referrals.
- Patient Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain professional relationships with international patients and their families.
- Provide clear information about the referral process, hospital options, and next steps.
- Respond promptly to patient enquiries and escalate medical questions to the consulting doctor or appropriate medical team.
- Provide regular updates to patients and support them throughout the coordination process.
- Documentation and ReportingUpdate patient details, lead status, consultation updates, and follow-up activities in the company CRM.
- Maintain accurate records of patient enquiries, hospital referrals, and treatment progress.
- Prepare regular reports on assigned leads, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and medical records.

Qualifications and Requirements

- A relevant medical or healthcare-related qualification is preferred, including Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, Hospital Administration,



or other related fields.Freshers with a relevant medical or healthcare educational background are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of the healthcare sector, hospitals, and medical terminology is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good organisational, follow-up, and coordination abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate professionally with international patients and their families.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates residing in Kochi or Ernakulam, Kerala, are preferred.
- Freshers with a relevant medical or healthcare-related educational background are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with experience in hospital administration, patient relations, healthcare customer service, or medical tourism will have an added advantage.
- Candidates who are empathetic, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn are preferred.Ability to coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and internal teams effectively.Interest in international patient coordination and healthcare facilitation services.
