Job Summary Patient Navigator (External Designation Project) for the Department of Medical Oncology (CMC Vellore, Ranipet Campus)

Responsibilities

- To guide and support cancer patients throughout their care journey, coordinate appointment and follow-ups, facilitate communication, maintain patient records and perform timely data entry in the study systems.
- Nature of Job : A patient-facing healthcare coordination and data management role involving regular interaction with patients, caregivers, clinical teams, and hospital services along with documentation and study related data entry.
