Autism Center of Excellence (ACOE) is a leading ABA therapy organization based in the United States with locations in North Carolina and Virginia. We specialize in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2–18 in a structured, family-centered care environment.

We are expanding our operations team to support patient intake, data management, and RCM workflows to ensure smooth client onboarding and operational accuracy.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Patient Intake Coordinator with strong expertise in US healthcare intake processes, patient data management, and coordination workflows.

This is a backend healthcare operations role (RCM support function) focused on managing intake data, maintaining accuracy, and supporting smooth patient onboarding processes—not a clinical nursing role.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Intake & Data Management

- Manage end-to-end patient intake process for US clients
- Maintain and update accurate client lead and intake records
- Ensure proper data entry and tracking in internal systems

Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly intake reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy
- Track patient onboarding status and update system records

Process & Quality Control

- Identify gaps in intake workflow and suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data handling standards
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information

Communication & Collaboration

- Coordinate with US-based teams during night shift hours
- Support smooth communication between intake, operations, and clinical teams




- Handle US calling and follow-ups where required

Required Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience in US Healthcare / RCM / Patient Intake / Operations
- Strong experience in patient intake or healthcare data coordination
- Prior exposure to US calling and client coordination
- Good understanding of data management and reporting tools
- Solid communication skills (written & verbal English)
- Ability to work in US night shift

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) or healthcare backend operations
- Familiarity with healthcare CRM or intake systems
- Experience in ABA / behavioral health industry (added advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
