JOB OVER VIEW

We are looking for empathetic, confident, and motivated candidates to join our team as Patient Counsellors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in supporting patients and their families throughout their mental healthcare journey.

Freshers who meet the academic eligibility criteria are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Interact with patients and their families professionally and empathetically.
- Understand patient concerns and guide them regarding available hospital services.
- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and patient enquiries.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, psychologists, nurses, and other hospital staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up details.
- Assist patients and families in understanding treatment procedures and hospital processes.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Follow up with patients to support continuity of care.
- Handle patient concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Support the hospital in maintaining a positive patient experience.

EDUCATIONAL QULAIFICATION AND ELIGIBILITY Who Can Apply?

Candidates who meet the following academic criteria are eligible to apply:

- SSLC (10th): Minimum 90%




- Higher Secondary (12th): Minimum 80%
- Undergraduate (UG): Minimum 60%
- Postgraduate (PG): Minimum 60%, if applicable

Preferred Educational Background:

- BA/BSc Psychology
- MSc/MA Psychology
- Other relevant degrees in Psychology, Counselling, or Social Work

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with a relevant educational background and a strong interest in mental healthcare are encouraged to apply.
