ABOUT AKSHAYA CHAITANYA Akshaya Chaitanya works to address hunger by providing nutritious meals to underserved communities through government hospitals, municipal schools and other community programmes. We work with corporates, individual donors, volunteers and institutions to create measurable social impact.

THE ROLE: Own the end-to-end experience of retail and corporate donors—turning a good donor experience into long-term relationships, repeat giving, advocacy and recent partner introductions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Present Akshaya Chaitanya, its programmes and impact to donors; ensure a warm, seamless and responsive partner experience.

· Coordinate donor visits to distribution sites and kitchens, including interaction with beneficiaries and programme stakeholders.

· Coordinate with Corporate Relations to deliver employee volunteering experiences for corporate groups.

· Capture donor testimonials/video bytes and work with the graphics/content team to create assets for newsletters, social media and donor communications.

· Maximise reach of donor stories through collaborations, social sharing, hashtags and partner networks.

· Keep donor relationships warm through regular engagement,



updates and personalised follow-through.

· Convert positive donor experiences into referrals and introductions to corporates, family and friends; track new corporate meetings and reference visits.

· Track donor performance through repeat giving, annual donation value, referrals, engagement and content reach.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· 2–3 years’ experience in a high-empathy, service-oriented role involving clients, customers, supporters, communities or stakeholders.

· Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and networking skills.

· Highly responsive, organised and strong on follow-through.

· Natural relationship builder with the ability to keep relationships warm and build long-term trust.

· Confident interacting with people across diverse backgrounds and levels of seniority.

· Willing and able to spend a significant part of every working day in the field.
