Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Panel Fabricator for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication, cutting, bending, welding, and enclosure assembly for various electrical control panels (MCC, PCC, APFC, PLC, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform sheet metal fabrication, cutting, punching, and bending for electrical panel enclosures.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and mechanical layouts to assemble panels accurately.
- Execute TIG / MIG / Arc welding and grinding work efficiently.
- Fit panel doors, busbar mounting structures, and internal partitionings.
- Maintain strict quality standards and safety compliance during manufacturing.




- Coordinate effectively with the production team and engineers.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: ITI (Sheet Metal Worker / Welder / Fitter) or a relevant Technical Diploma.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in the electrical panel fabrication industry.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical engineering and fabrication drawings.
- Sound knowledge of handling sheet metal tools, bending machines, and welding equipment.
