We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own an enterprise data provisioning and access-governance portal end to end. It spans a Palantir Foundry front end (Workshop), Foundry workflow orchestration, and a Python execution engine that provisions resources on Snowflake and AWS. You will also contribute to industrial/OT data integration and to the governance design behind it, in a regulated (GxP-equivalent) environment.

Job Location: Bangalore/Hybrid
Preferred :Immediate Notice Period
Required Experience : 5+yrs
Must-Have Skills
Strong Python (backend services, Pydantic, REST integrations)
Advanced SQL and hands-on Snowflake (CDC, streams, tasks, Snowpipe, secure sharing, RBAC)
Terraform, ideally with the Snowflake provider
AWS: Lambda, S3, Glue Data Catalog, IAM
Palantir Foundry: Workshop and workflow/process orchestration
Git and CI practices; JSON-based schema and config design
Experience designing approval or workflow-driven applications
Key Responsibilities
Design and build Foundry Workshop applications and backend workflows for data request, approval, and provisioning, including multi-stage lifecycles (requester → data steward → data owner → engineering → business verification) with role-based ownership handoffs.
Develop Python backend services covering REST API handling, retry and error-handling logic, and Pydantic-based schema modeling and validation.
Build and maintain Snowflake pipelines: MERGE/STREAM-based CDC, Tasks, Secure Views, stored procedures, Snowpipe / Snowpipe Streaming, and Secure Data Sharing.
Manage Snowflake RBAC (roles, grants) and tune warehouse performance and cost.
Provision infrastructure as code with modular Terraform (databases, roles, grants, warehouses) for repeatable setting builds.
Build event-driven ingestion on AWS (Lambda, S3 data lake, Glue Data Catalog, IAM access boundaries).
Integrate OT/process historian data (e.g., Aveva PI) via Lambda → Snowpipe → Snowflake → Secure Shares, and contribute to entity modeling and governance for OT data domains.
Keep hierarchical and relational data models in sync between source systems and downstream platforms, including output-port and ownership-privilege logic.
Own engineering hygiene: Git workflows, pre-commit hooks, ruff linting/formatting, PR templates, and review gating.
Use structured AI-assisted development workflows (plan → build → review) responsibly.
Drive dev → QA → production promotion within validated/regulated system requirements.
