Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible Painting Supervisor/Engineer to manage daily painting activities, inspections, and coordination with production to ensure quality coating and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day painting and inspection activities.

- Plan and support painting inspection activities.

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower in the painting department.

- Monitor paint consumption and control painting cost.

- Coordinate with production and other departments to meet dispatch schedules.

Technical Skills & Requirements:

- Valuable knowledge of painting processes and procedures (Blasting to Final Inspection).

- Familiarity with standards such as NACE International and SSPC.

- Knowledge of painting inspection tests and related equipment.

- Understanding of different types of industrial paints and their applications.

- Basic knowledge of paint costing and material control.

Preferred:

- Experience in industrial or heavy fabrication painting.

- Ability to manage team and coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹12,405.66 - ₹35,000.00 per month
