Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily packaging operations, manage the packaging team, and ensure that products are packed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily packaging activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and allocate tasks to packaging staff to meet daily production targets.
- Ensure proper packing, sealing, labelling, and batch coding of products.
- Maintain packaging quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor packaging materials and coordinate with the purchase and warehouse teams to ensure availability.




- Maintain daily packaging and production records.
- Minimise material wastage and ensure efficient use of packaging supplies.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve packaging-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and company SOPs.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and productivity.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in packaging or production supervision, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of packaging materials, sealing machines, labelling, and batch coding.
- Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Positive team management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily reporting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
