Job Summary

Responsible for handling, storing, packing, and dispatching materials within the warehouse. The role involves receiving incoming goods, checking material quantities, maintaining proper stock arrangements, packing products, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Material Receiving: Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and ensure proper documentation.

- Material Handling: Load, unload, move, and transfer materials safely within the warehouse.

- Storage and Inventory: Arrange materials in designated locations, maintain proper identification, and support stock counting.

- Packaging: Pack materials using suitable cartons, wrapping, protective materials, and other packaging supplies.

- Order Preparation: Pick materials according to orders, verify quantities, and prepare items for dispatch.

- Labelling: Apply correct labels, item codes, batch details, and shipping information wherever required.

- Dispatch Support: Prepare packed materials for shipment and coordinate with the dispatch team.

- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse, storage racks, packing area, and workstations clean and organized.





- Safety Compliance: Follow warehouse safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.

- Reporting: Report damaged goods, stock discrepancies, packaging shortages, and other operational issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills

- Basic education; prior warehouse experience is preferred.

- Knowledge of material handling and packaging procedures.

- Ability to lift and move materials safely.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in packing and stock handling.

- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

- Basic record-keeping skills.

- Packing accuracy and quality.

- Timely material handling and dispatch.

- Inventory accuracy.

- Reduction in material damage and packaging errors.

- Compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
