Role Description The Owner role at TestCompany is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore, responsible for leading the overall business strategy, operations, and growth of the organization. On a day-to-day basis, the Owner will oversee key business functions, set goals and priorities, and make decisions related to finance, sales, marketing, and service delivery. This role includes managing teams, guiding managers, reviewing performance metrics, and ensuring that projects and initiatives align with the company’s long-term vision.

The Owner will also maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, negotiate contracts, and represent the company in external meetings and industry events. A focus on compliance,



risk management, and continuous improvement is essential to ensure sustainable and ethical business operations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in leading or managing a business, with strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
- Solid understanding of finance, budgeting, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth.
- Skills in people management, including coaching, performance review, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to build and maintain client and partner relationships, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing principles to drive business development and market positioning.
- Capacity to manage operations, set processes, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a founder, co-founder, senior executive, or similar leadership role is highly beneficial.
