Role Description The Owner at Defence Projects is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overall business leadership and strategic direction. The role involves defining project portfolios, setting organizational priorities, and overseeing budgets, contracts, and key stakeholder relationships. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project progress, making decisions on resource allocation, ensuring regulatory and security compliance, and guiding senior team members.

The Owner will also engage in business development activities, risk management, and long-term planning to support sustainable growth. Collaboration with government authorities, vendors, and internal teams is central to this role, along with fostering an ethical and performance-driven work culture.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and management capabilities, including experience overseeing complex projects or organizations.




- Proficiency in strategic planning, decision-making, and long-term business development.
- Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships with attention to detail and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of defense, infrastructure, or government project environments is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and ethical business practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working on-site in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment, ideally in or around Delhi, India.
