Admission cum Counsellor – Foreign Language & Study Abroad

Role
We are looking for an energetic Admission cum Counsellor to counsel and enroll students for Foreign Language courses and Study Abroad programs and Attendants.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on Foreign Language courses and overseas education opportunities and attendants.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, seminars and education campaigns.
- Understand student goals and recommend suitable courses/countries.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records.
- Coordinate with trainers, universities and study-abroad partners.
- Assist students with the admission process and documentation.
- Organize student counselling sessions, webinars and seminars.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, foreign language or study-abroad business preferred.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Good English and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, confident and persuasive.
- Knowledge of countries, courses and foreign language education will be an advantage.
