Digital Web Solutions is seeking a proactive and organized Outreach Project Handler to lead our outreach campaigns. This role is crucial for planning, executing, and tracking projects to ensure we achieve our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at coordinating seamlessly between our internal teams and external partners. You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of outreach campaigns, from initial planning and prospecting through to execution and comprehensive reporting. This involves identifying key collaboration opportunities, crafting personalized outreach messages, and nurturing valuable, long-term relationships with our partners.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with our SEO and content teams to ensure outreach efforts are fully aligned with our broader marketing and brand strategies. Furthermore, you will continuously explore and test new outreach methodologies, including digital PR, niche collaborations, and content partnerships, to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Staying ahead of the curve is essential. You will be expected to keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and ethical outreach best practices to maintain campaign integrity and performance.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end outreach campaigns, from planning and prospecting to execution and reporting, ensuring they meet project goals and timelines.
- Research and identify relevant websites, publishers, influencers, and industry contacts for collaboration opportunities.
- Create personalized outreach emails and follow-ups to build long-term, high-value relationships with partners.
- Work closely with the SEO and content teams to align outreach efforts with overall marketing and brand strategies.
- Track campaign performance using defined KPIs, such as placements, response rates, and conversions.
- Maintain accurate outreach records and prepare comprehensive performance reports.
- Explore and test new outreach strategies, including digital PR, niche collaborations, and content partnerships, to maximize results.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, Google updates, and ethical outreach practices.
