About the Role

AZOCA Technologies is looking for a proactive and experienced Outreach Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Robotics Gallery at Science City, Ahmedabad.

The role involves managing gallery staff, coordinating visitor activities, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring a smooth and engaging visitor experience. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Manager, Science City Management, schools, colleges, and other stakeholders to support effective communication and efficient gallery operations.

Location Eligibility – Important

This position is strictly on-site at Science City, Ahmedabad. Only candidates currently residing in Ahmedabad are eligible to apply. Candidates residing outside Ahmedabad will not be considered for this position.

Applicants must be available to work in office and manage day-to-day gallery operations in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Oversee daily gallery operations and ensure smooth functioning of robotic exhibits and visitor areas.
- Team Management: Supervise tour guides, robotics operators, and gallery staff, ensuring effective duty allocation and staff deployment.
- Attendance & Performance Monitoring: Manage staff attendance, shift schedules, punctuality, discipline, grooming, and performance.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with the Senior Manager, Science City Management, internal teams, and external stakeholders on operational and administrative matters.
- Educational Outreach: Liaise with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to coordinate group visits, student tours, and educational activities.
- Visitor Experience: Monitor visitor flow, address queries and complaints,



handle escalations, and maintain high service standards.
- Technical Coordination: Coordinate with technical and support teams to resolve operational issues and ensure robotic exhibits remain functional and safe.
- Communication & Follow-ups: Share operational updates, address stakeholder concerns, and follow up on pending tasks.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily operational reports, staff updates, visitor feedback summaries, and management reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify operational challenges and coordinate with relevant teams to improve operational efficiency and visitor engagement.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates with degrees in Business Administration or Engineering are encouraged to apply.
- MBA/PGDM in Operations, Marketing, or General Management will be an added advantage.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in operations management, team supervision, stakeholder coordination, outreach, or visitor management.

Compensation

₹30,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and suitability for the role.
