EasyInsights is looking for an Outbound Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. If you’re confident in English, enjoy connecting with people, and are motivated to build a career in sales, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do

- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, events and other relevant channels.
- Identify business opportunities within funded startups and the digital marketing ecosystem.
- Research prospects and manage daily outreach for your assigned category or region.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries to move conversations forward.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and support the closure of digital marketing consulting projects.
- Build and maintain an accurate database of prospects and corporate clients.
- Meet quarterly targets for qualified lead generation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity and market developments.





What we’re looking for

- A graduate degree in any discipline.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Explicit communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, motivated approach to work.
- Consistency in outreach, follow-ups and achieving targets.

Compensation: ₹2.5 lakh fixed + ₹50,000 variable per annum.
