Skilled Skills

- High school / intermediate qualification, bachelor's degree, or equivalent education
- 2-3 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, telemarketing, customer service, lead generation, or appointment setting
- Neutral US accent and confident, professional phone communication with US-based leads
- Experience in real estate, property acquisition, brokerage, mortgage, or investor lead generation is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, questioning, and objection-handling skills
