- Create, manage and optimise listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip/Goibibo, Agoda and Expedia

- Write strong listing titles and descriptions, and manage photo order, amenities and house rules to improve conversion

- Keep rates, availability and restrictions in sync across channels through the channel manager. Prevent overbookings and parity issues.

- Work with the Revenue Manager to load pricing, promotions, deals and length-of-stay rules (PriceLabs experience is a plus)

- Track listing performance: views, conversion, ranking, review scores and cancellation trends

- Monitor and respond to guest reviews, and coordinate with operations to fix recurring complaints

- Handle OTA support tickets, payouts, commission and reconciliation queries

- Onboard new properties onto all channels quickly and accurately

- Stay on top of OTA policy changes, programs (Genius, Preferred, Superhost, etc.) and competitor listings in North Goa

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
