ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring an experienced Organic Social Media Strategist to independently manage content strategy, organic growth, brand storytelling, and audience engagement for our premium D2C luxury and lifestyle brand.

We are specifically looking for someone with exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, strong creative thinking, and proven experience in organic social media.

This is NOT a performance marketing, paid advertising, PPC, SEO, or general digital marketing position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute organic social media strategies, primarily for Instagram.
- Independently conceptualise engaging reels, posts, stories, and creative campaigns.
- Drive organic follower growth, audience engagement, and brand visibility.
- Develop compelling brand narratives, captions, and content ideas.
- Plan content calendars and oversee consistent publishing.
- Build and maintain a distinctive, premium brand voice.
- Identify relevant trends and develop original, brand-specific content.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Monitor content performance and optimise organic engagement.
- Present creative ideas, campaign strategies, and recommendations to management.
- Take ownership of social media initiatives from planning to execution.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in organic social media management and content strategy.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.




- Proven experience independently managing social media accounts for established brands.
- Solid expertise in Instagram, reels, content storytelling, and organic engagement.
- Excellent copywriting, content ideation, and brand communication abilities.
- Strong understanding of audience behaviour and organic growth strategies.
- Ability to independently develop original campaigns and creative concepts.
- Strong presentation skills, professional communication, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrable portfolio showing previous work and measurable organic results.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and independent working capabilities.
- Comfortable working full-time from our Gurugram office.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

- Experience with premium, luxury, lifestyle, wellness, or D2C consumer brands.
- Experience developing distinctive brand content and building engaged online communities.
- Experience coordinating creative teams and executing content campaigns.
