We are hiring a full-time Oracle Service Cloud (Oracle RightNow / B2C Service) L2 Application Support Engineer for a US client engagement starting January 2027. Interviews are starting now.

Work details

- Full time, 40 hours per week

- Remote, India

- Day shift

Experience: 4–7 years, with hands-on Oracle RightNow / B2C Service production support

Key responsibilities

- Provide L2 production support and resolve application incidents independently

- Troubleshoot Oracle Service Cloud configurations, business rules, workflows, permissions and incident routing

- Investigate API, integration and application errors

- Complete knowledge transfer with technical SMEs and document support procedures

- Build and maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles

- Perform root-cause analysis and escalate development defects to L3 teams

- Maintain clear incident documentation, ticket updates and shift handoffs

Preferred experience

- Supporting enterprise CRM or customer service applications

- Oracle B2C administration

- REST/SOAP integrations

- ITSM processes (ServiceNow, Jira or similar)

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
