Job Title - Oracle HCM Functional-Learning & Talent Management

Experience - 8 – 15 Years

Location - PAN India

Notice - Immediate to 30 days

Requirements:-

- The ideal candidate should have practical experience configuring Oracle Fusion Talent Management and Learning Management, translating HR business requirements into functional solutions, working with technical teams, and supporting the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.
- Relevant Oracle HCM Cloud experience based on the position level.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation, application support, rollout, or enhancement projects are preferred.




- Experience with global HR processes and multi-country implementations is an advantage.
- Key Deliverables Functional requirement and design documents.
- Oracle HCM module configuration and setup.
- SIT and UAT test scripts and execution results.
- Data migration and validation support.
- Training materials and user documentation.
- Defect resolution and production support. Functional knowledge transfer and implementation handover.
