Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM Payroll solutions for clients across various industries.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized payroll processes.

- Provide technical guidance on US Payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with local laws.

- Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, including data discrepancies and system errors.

Job Requirements :

- 8-16 years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll implementation, configuration, or support.

- Robust understanding of US Payroll regulations (Federal & State) and ability to apply this knowledge effectively.

- Proficiency in configuring Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits Administration etc.
