Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Goals and Performance Management, and Oracle Learning Cloud. The consultant will support functional configuration, implementation, requirement gathering, testing, issue resolution, and ongoing production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Configure and support Core HR, Absence Management, Goals and Performance Management, and Talent Management modules.
- Work on Oracle Learning Cloud, including learning communities, courses, and self-paced activities.
- Configure workforce structures, legal entities, business units, and reference data sets.
- Manage approval workflows, business processes, and security roles.
- Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), configuration documents, test plans, and test strategies.
- Support data migration, configuration migration, and post-upgrade activities.




- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with Oracle Support when required.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation production support.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Functional modules.
- Strong knowledge of Core HR and workforce structures.
- Experience with Absence Management.
- Knowledge of Goals and Performance Management.
- Experience with Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud.
- Understanding of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Experience with HCM security configuration, including Data Roles, Job Roles, Abstract Roles, and Duty Roles using Security Console.
- Knowledge of HDL, HCM Design Studio, BPM, and OTBI Reports.
- Experience in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and functional documentation.
- Strong requirement-gathering, analytical, troubleshooting, and client communication skills.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional consulting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote freelance engagement.
- Must be available to join immediately.
- Must be able to commit to 4 working hours per day, Monday through Friday.
