Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementation, configuration, integration, and support. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) and/or Oracle EPBCS/PBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), along with solid functional knowledge of finance and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure application modules, workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop and maintain data integrations with Oracle ERP, SAP, and other source systems.
- Support data migration, testing, deployment, user training, and post-production activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to improve financial processes.
- Support month-end close, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, depending on the assigned module.

Required Skills
- 710 years of overall Oracle EPM experience.




- Minimum 3 years of relevant Oracle EPM Cloud implementation or support experience.
- Hands-on experience in one or both of the following areas:

1. Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)

- Reconciliation Compliance
- Transaction Matching
- Profiles and Matches
- Data Integration/Data Management
- Reconciliation workflows, reports, and dashboards

2. Oracle EPBCS/PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)

- Capital Planning and Capex Budgeting
- Fixed Asset Planning and Depreciation Modelling
- Business Rules and Calculation Manager
- Groovy Scripting and Smart View
- Data Integration/Data Management
- Good understanding of finance, accounting, reconciliation, budgeting, or financial planning processes.
- Experience integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle ERP, SAP, or other ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- CA, CMA, CPA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- Oracle EPM Cloud certification.
- Experience working with global finance teams and enterprise-scale implementations.

Note: Candidates should have strong hands-on expertise in at least one relevant Oracle EPM moduleARCS or EPBCS/PBCS. Experience in both modules is an added advantage.
