Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) R12 Functional Consultant with specialized implementation and support expertise in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry. In this role, you will act as a key subject matter expert (SME), bridging complex formula-based manufacturing requirements with Oracle EBS R12 functionalities. You will lead requirement-gathering sessions, configure modules, ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance standards (FDA, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11), and drive end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Design &
- Configuration:

- Lead the implementation, setup, and configuration of Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) R12 modules, including Product Development (Formulas, Recipes, Routings), Process Execution (Batch Management), Quality Management, and OPM Costing.

- Configure integration touchpoints with core SCM and Financial modules such as Oracle Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management (OM), and General Ledger (GL).

- Pharma Regulatory Compliance &

- Quality Control:

- Configure and enforce strict lot/sub-lot traceability, expiration date tracking, batch genealogy, and electronic audit trails required for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

- Implement quality specifications, sampling plans, test results recording, and validity rules.

- Project Delivery &

- Business Process Analysis:

- Conduct business workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with plant floor teams, quality control leads, and supply chain stakeholders.

- Perform comprehensive Fit-Gap analyses and author clear Functional Design Documents (FDDs / BP080 / BR100)



for custom developments, reports, interfaces, and conversions (RICEFW).

- Testing &

- Deployment Support:

- Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs).

- Provide hypercare and post-go-live operational support, resolving production issues and troubleshooting complex OPM data and batch transaction flows.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Experience:

- 7 to 9 years of total IT experience with a strong primary focus on Oracle EBS R12 OPM implementation, upgrade, and production support.

- Minimum of 2 full-lifecycle implementations or major rollouts within the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Biotech industries.

- Functional &
- Technical Competencies:

- Deep expertise in OPM core modules: Product Development, Process Execution, Quality, and OPM Costing.

- Working knowledge of integration flows between OPM and adjacent Oracle modules (Inventory, BOM, WIP, OM, AP/AR/GL).

- Solid command of SQL/PL-SQL for data analysis, data migration, and troubleshooting interface/data discrepancies.

- Well-versed in validation protocols, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices for regulated process manufacturing environments.

- Soft Skills &

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Pharmaceutical Technology, or a related field.

- Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical teams and plant floor personnel.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
