- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence & OTL.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
- Develop documentation and reports to support Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other systems.
