We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Demand Management Lead to drive Oracle Fusion Demand Management implementation for a leading automotive client. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Demand Management implementation, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
- Design and implement demand forecasting processes for vehicles, spare parts, and aftermarket products.
- Configure statistical forecasting models, demand segmentation, lifecycle planning, and forecast accuracy monitoring.
- Define and support integrations between Oracle Fusion Demand Management, ERP, Sales, Inventory, and Supply Planning.
- Work closely with business users to validate forecasting models and improve planning accuracy.
- Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and provide post-go-live support.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive best practices for demand planning and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of Oracle SCM/Fusion Supply Chain experience.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Demand Management .
- Minimum 1 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Demand Management implementation as a Lead .
- Robust knowledge of statistical forecasting, demand segmentation, forecast accuracy analysis, and demand planning.
- Experience in Automotive or Discrete Manufacturing supply chain environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Release Management.
- Knowledge of OEM EDI forecast release processes, production scheduling, and manufacturing execution.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Planning and S&OP.;
- Automotive aftermarket planning experience.
