Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle FCCS Reports Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining financial reports, management dashboards, and financial statements to support financial consolidation, close processes, and regulatory reporting requirements.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle EPM reporting tools, financial data analysis, report automation, and integration with Oracle FCCS applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain financial reports, management reports, dashboards, and financial statements using Oracle Cloud EPM reporting tools.
- Develop reports using Financial Reporting Web Studio (FRS) , Reports in Oracle Cloud EPM , and other relevant reporting solutions.
- Work with Oracle FCCS dimensions, metadata, hierarchies, data forms, and financial data to meet business reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain reports for financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial close activities.
- Create and manage reports with appropriate POVs (Point of View), prompts, grids, member selections, and report formatting.
- Collaborate with finance, functional, and technical teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
- Validate report outputs against consolidated financial data and investigate data discrepancies.
- Optimize report performance and ensure accuracy, consistency,



and compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Support report migration, deployment, testing, and maintenance across development, test, and production environments.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide timely production support during financial close cycles.
- Prepare technical documentation and support end-user training where required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion technologies, with strong hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS reporting.
- Practical experience with Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS application configuration and financial reporting requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM reporting tools, including Financial Reporting Web Studio and Oracle EPM Reports.
- Experience creating complex financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and management reports.
- Good understanding of FCCS dimensions, including Entity, Account, Scenario, Version, Period, Year, Currency, and Intercompany.
- Knowledge of financial consolidation, currency translation, intercompany eliminations, and close management processes.
- Experience with report design, formatting, member selection, prompts, grids, and report distribution.
- Understanding of financial data validation, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valuable to Have
- Experience with Oracle Financial Reporting, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), or other Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
- Exposure to Smart View, Data Integration, Data Management, or EPM Automate.
- Familiarity with FCCS metadata management, data loads, and integration troubleshooting.
- Experience working with finance and accounting teams in enterprise environments.
- Exposure to financial reporting automation and performance optimization.
