? We’re Hiring: Cloud Finance Functional – Lead | Remote

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Finance Cloud Functional Consultant – Lead to lead end-to-end implementations and provide functional support across Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules.

? Contract Duration: 6 months

? Work Arrangement: Remote (Work From Home)

? Requirements

- Minimum 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant, with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
- Experience in at least 5 full-cycle Oracle Finance Cloud implementation projects, covering implementation activities from requirements gathering through go-live.
- Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience across the following Oracle Finance Cloud modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CE), Expenses (EXP), Fixed Assets (FA)
- Robust understanding of end-to-end financial processes and integrations across Oracle Finance Cloud modules.
- Hands-on experience with business requirements gathering, business process analysis, fit-gap assessment, solution design, and functional configuration.
- Experience configuring Oracle Finance Cloud modules in alignment with business requirements and Oracle best practices.
- Ability to analyze existing financial processes and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and system performance.
- Experience preparing and maintaining functional specifications, configuration documents, business process flows, and other project documentation.
- Experience in functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect analysis, and resolution.
- Experience conducting user training, functional demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Strong experience in functional support, troubleshooting, and resolving Oracle Finance Cloud-related issues.
- Proven ability to lead implementation activities,



coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple project priorities.
- Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment and deliver high-quality results within agreed timelines.
- Willingness to travel to client locations if required by the project.
- Oracle Finance Cloud certification is an added advantage.

? Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and functional support activities across Oracle Finance Cloud modules, including AP, AR, GL, CE, EXP, and FA.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from finance teams and key stakeholders.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, map business processes, and design functional solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Configure Oracle Finance Cloud modules and ensure appropriate integration across financial processes.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash Management, Expenses, and Fixed Assets.
- Identify opportunities to optimize financial workflows, improve system performance, and streamline business processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support integrations and resolve functional issues across Oracle Finance Cloud modules.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration workbooks, process flows, testing documentation, and other implementation deliverables.
- Plan and execute functional testing, SIT, and UAT activities, including defect identification, analysis, and resolution.
- Conduct user training, functional demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure effective system adoption.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure business continuity.
- Manage multiple project activities simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines.
- Collaborate with clients, finance stakeholders, business users, and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
