Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused Optical Sales Assistant to assist patients in selecting suitable spectacles, frames, and lenses while ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth optical shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, lenses, and optical products.
- Explain lens features, pricing, and available options.
- Coordinate with optometrists regarding spectacle prescriptions.
- Handle sales transactions, billing, and product deliveries.
- Maintain stock, inventory, and display of optical products.
- Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification:



Any Degree / Diploma; optical or sales-related qualifications preferred. Experience: 1–3 years in optical sales or retail sales preferred.
