Role Overview:

Lead and transform the end-to-end Supply Chain function to support business growth by establishing scalable processes, systems and operational controls. Need to “Build a world-class, scalable and process-driven Supply Chain capable of supporting 2× business growth with the right product, at the right place, at the right time — with uncompromising Quality and Food Safety.”

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead demand planning, forecasting, S&OP; and supply planning.
- Manage inventory, imports, warehousing, distribution, logistics and 3PL operations.
- Improve forecast accuracy, product availability and inventory efficiency.
- Ensure food safety, quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Implement SOPs, ERP/WMS systems and performance dashboards.
- Build and develop a robust Supply Chain team.

Candidate Profile: 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in FMCG, Food, Consumer Products, Import or Distribution, with proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, imports and building scalable supply chain operations.
