Must have skills required: Google sheets, Fee calculations, Reconciliation iFunds Capital is Looking for:**** iFunds Capital is an Israel-based alternative investment fund (AIF) distribution platform serving HNI and UHNI clients. We are building our India operations team and this is the first ops hire in India — a high-ownership, remote-first role with direct exposure to a senior, globally distributed team.

What You'll Do

- Own fee calculations across funds — management fees, commission fees, and performance-based fee structures — on a daily basis
- Perform multi-type reconciliation: fund, position, cash, and trade-level; investigate and resolve breaks with full documentation
- Work with raw data exported to Google Sheets; use AI prompt tools (Gemini, Claude) to structure, visualise, and extrapolate fund data
- Coordinate with the Israeli operations team and global end-stakeholders (Europe/US) — communication must be clear, concise, and crisp
- Identify gaps or missing features in operational tools and document them as one-pagers for the development team
- Support back-office operations including fund projections and data management as you ramp up into broader responsibilities
- Grow into investor onboarding, stakeholder management, and broader fund operations over time

Must haves

- 4–7 years of back-office experience in financial services — AIF, PMS, Private Equity, fund administration, or similar
- Hands-on experience with fee calculations (management, commission, or performance fees)




- Active reconciliation experience — fund, position, cash, or trade-level
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (primary working tool; all raw data lives here)
- Chennai-based, or India-based and willing to travel to Chennai monthly for team meetups and during Israeli team visits

Good to haves

- Experience with NAV calculations or fund performance projections
- Stakeholder management or investor onboarding experience
- Familiarity with AI prompt tools (Gemini, Claude, or equivalent)
- Exposure to BI or data visualisation tools (Looker or similar)
- Process documentation mindset — ability to identify and write up operational gaps

Engagement & logistics

- Remote-first; monthly in-person visits to Chennai required
- Working hours: ~11:30 AM IST start, 9-hour shift aligned to Israel time
- Initially contractual (USD international inward remittance); transitions to full-time payroll on India entity formation (expected by end of November 2026)
