About VoorentVoorent is a furniture and appliances rental company helping customers set up their homes with affordable, quality-checked, and customizable furniture and appliances.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on Operations & Sales Executive who can convert incoming customer enquiries into paying customers while managing day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, transportation, payment recovery, and asset tracking.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate daily records of orders, payments, returned assets, pending dues, and operational activities. This role requires someone who takes ownership and ensures that tasks are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales &

- Customer Conversion

- Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed rental orders through effective follow-ups.
- Explain rental plans, pricing, deposits, payment terms, and customization options.
- Maintain lead records and track enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Assist customers throughout the rental journey.

2. Operations & • Order Management
- Manage orders from confirmation to delivery, installation, and completion.
- Place orders with vendors and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, delivery teams, and customers.
- Track pending orders and resolve delays or execution issues.
- Ensure the correct products are delivered in good condition and on time.

Daily Data

Maintenance &

• Asset Tracking
- Maintain daily records of all assets rented, delivered, picked up, and returned.
- Update asset availability and status, including rented, available, returned, damaged, or under maintenance.




- Maintain customer-wise records of assets deployed and returned.
- Record all payments received, deposits collected, refunds, and outstanding payments.
- Maintain a daily tracker of pending rentals, overdue payments, and payment recovery follow-ups.
- Reconcile asset movement and payment records with operational activities.
- Maintain updated records in Excel/Google Sheets or the company's internal system.
- Prepare daily operational reports covering orders, deliveries, returns, collections, pending payments, and unresolved issues.

4. Transportation & • Delivery
- Arrange transportation for deliveries, pickups, exchanges, and returns.
- Coordinate with drivers and delivery partners to ensure timely movement of assets.
- Track transportation costs and maintain delivery and pickup records.
- Visit customer homes, warehouses, or vendor locations when required.

Payment

Collection &

• Recovery
- Follow up with customers for pending rental payments, overdue dues, and other outstanding amounts.
- Maintain accurate records of amounts due, amounts collected, and balances pending.
- Ensure payments are recorded against the correct customer and order.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve payment-related queries and delays.
- Track security deposits and coordinate applicable refunds as per company policy.

Vendor

Management
- Identify and onboard new furniture and appliance vendors.
- Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and service terms.




- Place purchase or fulfilment orders and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor vendor performance, product quality, and service reliability.
- Develop relationships with vendors to improve pricing and product availability.

• Customer Support
- Visit customer homes, vendor locations, and warehouses whenever required.
- Coordinate asset inspections, deliveries, pickups, and returns.
- Resolve on-ground operational issues and customer complaints.
- Ensure customer commitments are fulfilled on time.

Requirements
- Positive communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable handling sales, operations, data entry, and payment follow-ups.
- Willingness to travel locally within Gurgaon and Delhi-NCR.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage.

- Number of customer enquiries converted into orders.
- Speed and quality of customer follow-ups.
- Timely delivery and completion of orders.
- Timely asset pickups and accurate return records.
- Accuracy and completeness of daily operational data.

- Timely resolution of customer and operational issues.
