Aliens Tattoo Art School
Mumbai
T&D; Operations Manager
- The Opportunity
Aliens Tattoo isn’t just India’s largest tattoo brand - we’re building the world’s most admired tattoo company. Our studio network and specialist tattoo school depend on reliable training operations to develop artists at scale.
We’re looking for an Operations Manager for Aliens Tattoo School who can run multiple course, batches, evaluations, student milestones, and facility needs into one dependable operating rhythm.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing order to moving parts, protecting the learner experience, and making performance visible.
You will work across Training and Development, Course Delivery, Course Development, mentors, School Sales, Admin and HR
If you take ownership, notice gaps before they become disruptions, and build processes people can actually follow, we’d love to meet you.
- The Mandate
Your mission is simple: As T&D; Operations Manager, you are entrusted with making every training day ready to run - with the right mentor, room, schedule, evaluation, student record, equipment, and stock in place.
You will run the batch calendar, monthly timetable, rosters, room plan and evaluations. You will own onboarding, operational records, certificates, concern tracking, feedback cycles, and Aliens Home referrals.
You will keep every learning space safe, clean, functional, and audit-ready; maintain stock; prevent shortages; control operating spend; and track repairs to closure.
You will build practical SOPs, current policies, disciplined trackers, and a monthly MIS covering course progress, attendance, student experience, and performance data.
- What you’ll be doing
You will publish the master calendar and monthly timetable,
assign rooms and trained mentors, schedule evaluations, plan mentor studio hours and L&D; Artist bookings, and ensure every class and shoot proceeds without an operations-led delay. You will manage the student lifecycle from joining to completion: finish onboarding before day one, maintain records, flag fee status at defined milestones, issue certificates on time, offer Aliens Home to students who need accommodation, and record every choice.
You will log and own student concerns until closure, route teaching matters to Course Delivery, run feedback forms at fixed points, and report NPS, CSAT, attendance, progress, and dropout visibility. You will audit hygiene and facilities on schedule, maintain biomedical-waste records, track repairs, count stock, prevent session shortages, control operating spend, maintain the SOP and policy library, and publish a complete monthly T&D; report with every variance explained.
- What we’re looking for
We are looking for a disciplined operator with experience in training, education, academy, studio, or multi-schedule operations. You should be comfortable coordinating several batches, people, rooms, evaluations, shoots, and deadlines at the same time without losing attention to detail. You can build practical schedules and trackers, work confidently in Excel,
manage stock and spend, write SOPs and policies in clear language, and turn raw operational data into helpful monthly reports.
You remain calm with upset students or parents, communicate clearly across functions, follow issues through to closure, and escalate early when ownership sits elsewhere.
Most importantly, you act like an owner: you protect safety, learner experience, and operational continuity, and you do not wait for preventable problems to become emergencies.
- What success looks like
Success in this role is measured by reliable execution. You’ll know you’re succeeding when. Training operations - Classes run as scheduled, evaluations are completed within the agreed turnaround, mentor studio hours are delivered, and calendars and timetables are published on time. Student lifecycle - Students are fully onboarded before day one, records stay current, certificates are issued within the set time, concerns close on time, student retention is on point, no dropouts, feedback cycles run consistently, and Aliens Home is offered and tracked for every eligible student.
Facilities and inventory - Every space is audited on rhythm, hygiene and facility audits pass first time, repairs close within the agreed timeline, biomedical-waste records remain current, no session is delayed by missing stock, and operating spend stays within budget.
Systems and reporting - The SOP library reaches full coverage, policies stay approved and current, and a live monthly MIS is published on time with every variance explained.
Safety - Zero hygiene-related safety incidents and no hygiene breach remains open beyond the same day.
