Role Summary

Own the end-to-end learner journey from Admission to Program Completion, ensuring seamless onboarding, training delivery, learner engagement, and operational excellence.

Admissions and enrollment data will be managed through our internal Management Portal, with AI leveraged extensively for operations, communication, reporting, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage learner onboarding and batch allocation based on admissions from the Management Portal.




- Drive smooth execution of training programs, assessments, projects, and certifications.
- Coordinate with Learners, Trainers Academy, IT Team, Technical Team.
- Support the operational execution of PRONATIVE AI's Trainer Academy, including trainer onboarding, communications, readiness tracking, assessments, cohort management, and ongoing engagement with aspiring and certified trainers.
- Track learner progress, attendance, engagement, and program outcomes.
- Create and maintain SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and operational workflows.
- Leverage AI tools to automate processes, generate insights, and improve operational efficiency.
