Partners Advertising Private Limited is inviting applications from interested and qualified candidates for the position of Operations Manager / Project Lead. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, project management, and operational coordination skills, along with the ability to manage teams, streamline workflows, and ensure timely project delivery. The candidate should be proficient in Punjabi, with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Fluency in Punjabi is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure the smooth execution of projects across departments.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within agreed budgets and quality standards.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, digital marketing teams, and client-servicing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, understand their requirements, communicate project updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with Punjabi-speaking clients and stakeholders, ensuring explicit understanding of project briefs, expectations, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, define timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to achieve project milestones.
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance,



and ensure accountability across all project activities.
- Identify operational challenges, resolve bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, schedules, and performance records.
- Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and deliverables to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and other stakeholders whenever required.
- Conduct regular team meetings and project reviews to track progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to company processes, client requirements, and brand standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication and meeting deadlines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, project management, team leadership, or a similar role.
- Fluency in Punjabi is mandatory, including strong verbal communication skills and the ability to understand and communicate client requirements effectively.
- Good command of Hindi and English for internal coordination, documentation,



and professional communication.
- Strong organizational, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing teams, allocating resources, setting priorities, and monitoring project progress.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent client-handling, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and other relevant software.
- Ability to identify workflow inefficiencies and implement practical process improvements.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and make effective operational decisions.
- Previous experience in an advertising agency, digital marketing agency, media company, or creative services organization will be an added advantage.
