Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar.

The Operations

Manager will oversee end-to-end operational activities relating to immigration service delivery, ensuring that client cases are managed efficiently, accurately, and within established timelines. The role involves coordinating immigration case workflows, managing documentation processes, allocating resources, supervising team activities, and implementing operational procedures that improve efficiency and service quality.





Responsibilities include overseeing cases from initial client engagement and requirements assessment through documentation, application preparation, review, and final submission; monitoring case progress and operational performance; preparing management reports; supporting compliance and quality-control processes; and identifying opportunities to improve workflows. The role will also involve leading and mentoring operational teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting senior management in developing operational strategies and improving service delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong operations management skills, including workflow management, process optimization, resource planning, and operational strategy.
- Candidates should possess experience in managing end-to-end immigration case or client-service processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Candidates should possess robust knowledge of immigration documentation, application workflows, case coordination, and administrative procedures.
- Candidates should possess leadership and team-management skills, including the ability to allocate responsibilities, supervise employees, monitor performance, and develop a high-performance team.




- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor case performance, identify operational issues, assess risks, and implement corrective measures.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage documentation, deadlines, case records, and multiple client matters simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and stakeholder-management skills to coordinate effectively with clients, internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of operational compliance, quality-control procedures, process documentation, and internal policy implementation.
- Candidates should possess the ability to establish and monitor KPIs, analyze operational performance, prepare management reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Candidates should possess robust proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and other productivity, reporting, and case-management tools.
- Candidates should possess the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and client service.
- Relevant experience in immigration services, visa processing, immigration consulting, professional services, operations management, or client case management is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, operations management, or a related field is preferred; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
