We are hiring for Manager – Operations (Investments & Accounts).
Summary: -
The Manager – Operations (Investments & Accounts) is the crucial backbone of the business as:
· (S)he will be the first point of contact for the client.
· (S)he is going to be responsible for the backend operations & client servicing.
· (S)he will be the first point of contact with product manufacturers like Mutual fund houses, Insurance Cos, Registrars, Banks & other stake holders.
· (S)he would be responsible for Data Management, MIS, tax, reconciliation, documentations & filings.
· (S)he would be expected to establish strong relationship with various stakeholders like the manufacturers, relationship managers, management & others.
: -
· Responsible for servicing of the client accounts right from onboarding, documentations, transactions, engagement and portfolio reporting.
· Proper understanding of Mutual Funds’ operational work
· Familiarity with BSE Star, NSEMF, MF Utilities, AMC website etc.
· Completing all transactions assigned, which includes account opening, transaction processing, lumpsum/SIP/STP setup, commission processing and reconciliation of transaction/account opening and other daily operations processes.
· Liaising with Fund Houses and Registrars and Transfer Agents with regards to orders and other operational matters.
· Ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation actions are performed.
· Preparing several types of MIS on a periodic basis.
· Documentations and Filings of all important documents.
· Taxation Accounting via Tally
· Ensuring smooth operations within the company & assisting in implementing procedures.
· Being quality focused and working efficiently to reduce costs by adopting various automation processes.
Who are we looking for? :-
· Graduates/ Post Graduates with a mandatory 2-year minimum work experience in mutual fund operations with either mutual fund distributor or AMC.
· Hands on proficiency in MS Office Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Conditional formatting, count if, sum). Skilled in PowerPoint, PDF and Word.
· Understanding of commission calculation and above average skills in reconciliation and settlement activity.
· Passionate, driven and result oriented.
· Proficient in written English and communication skills with good analytical and interpersonal skills
· Humble attitude to learn, co-operate and respect organisation norms.
Compensation Structure: -
· We offer competitive compensation package, including base salary, performance – related bonuses and comprehensive advantages.
· All other reimbursements like travelling, mobile & client engagement will be on actuals.
· A yearly bonus based on performance will be given.
