OPERATIONS MANAGER

Experience: Approximately 15 years of relevant experience Reports to: Director Operations

Location: Banagalore

Role Objective

Manage and coordinate InCoBANs operational activities, ensuring effective programme and product development, delivery, financial discipline and internal administration, while leading business development initiatives, revenue growth and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

Programme & product management: Manage programmes end-to-end, from concept, structuring and planning through resources, delivery, client coordination, performance monitoring, invoicing and collections; identify and develop new offerings in consulting, competency development and maturity assessments.

Revenue strategy & business development: Prepare annual and quarterly plans, revenue targets, sector priorities and key-account strategies; manage leads, sales pipelines, forecasts, chance ageing, proposals, RFPs, pricing, negotiations and conversions into engagements.

BD team leadership & client relationships: Lead and review Business Development Executives; maintain relationships with developers, EPC contractors, infrastructure owners, engineering firms and PMCs; drive closures, repeat business and structured handovers to delivery teams.

Accounts & financial coordination: Oversee budgets, expense tracking, programme financials, invoicing, receivables, collection follow-ups and financial reporting with the accounts team and Director – Operations.

HR & administration: Coordinate recruitment support, onboarding, employee records, vendors,



office administration and compliance-related documentation.

Operational planning, MIS & stakeholders: Maintain programme calendars, operating plans, dashboards and management reports tracking costs, deliverables and revenue; improve processes and coordinate teams, faculty, consultants, vendors and clients for timely execution.

Candidate Profile & Key Competencies

Experience and background: Approximately 15 years in operations, programme management, B2B business development or commercial leadership; construction and infrastructure exposure preferred; Engineering degree desirable.

Leadership and execution: Strong planning, coordination, execution, team leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management; good verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; accountability and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Commercial and digital skills: Understanding of programme management, budgeting, invoicing, collections, revenue planning and business development; proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets, presentations, CRM and reporting tools.

Indicative Performance Measures

Programme delivery: Timely completion, quality of delivery and successful launch of new products and services.

Commercial performance: Achievement of revenue and collections targets, pipeline health, conversion rates, commercial closures and strategic-account growth.

Operational effectiveness: Accurate and timely financial and operational reporting; efficient HR and administration; effective programme coordination and commercial handovers.
