Job highlights

- Graduate with strong knowledge of First Mile logistics, vendor management, and advanced Excel for MIS reporting

- Manage end-to-end First Mile pickup operations, ensure SOP compliance, track team and vendor performance, lead operational expansion, and optimize costs

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end First Mile pickup operations across assigned locations

- Ensure operational compliance with SOPs, TAT, SLA, safety, and quality standards

- Track team member performance through defined KPIs and KRAs

- Manage vendor performance including attendance, billing, productivity, and operational compliance

- Support and lead expansion of operations into new locations as required

- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

- Monitor fuel usage, vehicle utilization, route efficiency, and other operational costs





- Prepare and manage monthly MIS reports with robust command over Excel

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

- MBA/PGDM in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field added advantage

Preferred Experience

- Background in Courier, Express Logistics, E-commerce, 3PL, or B2B/B2C Logistics

- Prior exposure to Supply Chain Operations preferred

- Strong understanding of First Mile & Last Mile logistics processes
