Viara is looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible professional for the position of Operations Manager cum HR & Sales Team Lead at our office in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh. Trezant is a business software and technology brand focused on ERP software, SaaS subscriptions, business process solutions, and website and application development. The selected candidate will work directly with the Founder/Director and take responsibility for managing daily business operations, human resources, recruitment, employee coordination, sales team leadership, and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, allocating tasks, monitoring productivity, maintaining internal processes, coordinating between departments, preparing reports, and ensuring timely execution of assigned activities. The candidate will handle recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating final interviews, managing joining formalities, maintaining employee records, monitoring attendance and leave, coordinating employee training, and conducting performance reviews. The role also requires leading and coordinating the sales team, assigning leads and territories, setting activity targets in consultation with management, conducting regular team meetings, monitoring sales calls, lead generation, customer appointments, product demonstrations, follow-ups, negotiations, and subscription closures.

The candidate must ensure proper CRM usage, maintain accurate sales pipeline records, track pending follow-ups, analyze sales performance, identify improvement areas, and support sales executives in customer interactions and closing opportunities. Additional responsibilities include developing referral partnerships with Chartered Accountants, accountants, tax consultants, GST practitioners, ERP consultants, IT service providers,



and business consultants to generate new business opportunities. The candidate will also coordinate college recruitment and internship programs, assist in training interns in ERP fundamentals, business processes, communication, lead generation, CRM usage, and B2B sales, and identify suitable candidates for future employment.

The selected qualified will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering operational activities, employee attendance, recruitment status, sales performance, lead conversion, customer follow-ups, team productivity, and business development progress. Candidates should be graduates, with an MBA in Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred, and should have 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations management, HR, recruitment, sales coordination, business development, or team leadership.

Experience in SaaS, ERP software, IT services, or B2B sales will be an advantage. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, problem-solving, time-management, reporting, and team-coordination skills are essential, along with familiarity with spreadsheets, office productivity tools, and CRM systems. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple responsibilities, working independently, maintaining professional discipline, taking ownership of assigned tasks, and improving processes without constant supervision.

This is an important management role for someone who can help build a structured, accountable, and performance-oriented team in a growing business. The candidate will report directly to the Founder/Director, while major hiring decisions, employee termination, financial commitments, and strategic decisions will remain subject to management approval.
