At DivinHeal, we're building a healthcare support ecosystem focused on helping patients navigate their healthcare journey and access the right care.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just want a job but genuinely wants to build something from the ground up and grow alongside the company.

What you'll be responsible for

- On-ground patient support: Assist patients and their families with hospital visits, appointments, admissions, and other healthcare-related requirements.
- Hospital coordination: Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, and hospital administration teams to ensure smooth coordination for our patients.
- Patient journey management: Take ownership of each patient's journey, helping resolve challenges and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- POV and documentation: Coordinate proof-of-value activities and relevant patient documentation, as applicable.
- Operations and execution: Handle day-to-day operational challenges, identify gaps, and build processes that make patient support more efficient.
- Stakeholder management: Coordinate with insurance providers, NGOs, healthcare partners, and other stakeholders whenever required.

- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
