About Weava Home

Weava Home is a home-furnishing brand offering bath mats, rugs, pillows, curtains and other home essentials through marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart and others. We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to manage daily operations, lead the warehouse team and ensure accurate, timely order dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Order fulfilment: Manage order processing, shipping labels, picking, packing and dispatch across marketplaces. Ensure the correct SKU, colour, size and quantity reach every customer.
- Warehouse management: Supervise daily warehouse activities, organise storage locations and maintain efficient workflows.
- Inventory control: Maintain accurate stock records, conduct physical stock checks, resolve discrepancies and coordinate replenishment.
- Logistics coordination: Coordinate courier pickups, track pending shipments and resolve missed pickups or dispatch delays.
- Marketplace performance: Monitor fulfilment deadlines, cancellations and operational account-health metrics. Raise support cases and maintain evidence for platform or logistics issues.
- Returns management: Oversee return checks, record damaged or incorrect items, coordinate claims and update saleable inventory.
- Quality control: Check product condition, packaging, barcodes and labels before dispatch.
- Team supervision:



Allocate daily work, train staff and track productivity, accuracy and attendance.
- Reporting and improvement: Prepare daily reports on orders, dispatches, pending pickups, inventory and returns. Introduce practical processes to reduce errors, delays and costs.
- Cross-team coordination: Work with procurement, production, accounts and marketplace teams to support smooth operations.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with an e-commerce, home-furnishing or consumer-products business.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and marketplace fulfilment processes.
- Experience managing warehouse staff, inventory, dispatches and logistics partners.
- Good command of Excel or Google Sheets for stock reconciliation and operational reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ownership of daily targets.
- Ability to manage high order volumes and prioritise work during peak sales periods.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant practical experience will also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
